" I purchased the St. Joseph Home Selling Kit on 2-6-09 and had it sent to my Mom in Florida. She is recetly widowed and was living alone there, away from her children and in need of moving home to Ohio. My sister was visiting, Mom when St. Joseph arrived and took care of his \"placement\". Mom listed the house a week before, but had told the realtor not to market the house until she departed for Ohio on March 2.
