"Hi, you asked for our story about selling our house. Like I told you on the phone we used to call on him severeal time before when we sold our homes. But since this was over ten years ago we wanted to see so nothing has changed.
We choosed your fast delivery option, but it still took almost 4 days before it arrived...
Either way, we buried the statue upon arrival in the front yard, very close to the "for sale" sign facing the house. Only a couple of days later we had a good enough offer on the house. The sale closed only 5 weeks later and all participants were very satisfied.
Its good to know that this Tradition still works.

" The house went straight out on the market the same day we buried the statue, last of June. ONLY two days later we got an offer, we negotiated with the buyers for one day and after that they settled with the price we wanted! We are ungratefully thankful to Saint Joseph and his help that we are convinced helped us selling the house so quick and for the price we wanted.
I will follow your recommendations and place him just next to our front door facing all the visitors, a really good spot.
