I wondered about the burying and I am thankful for your reply. I live in a condo and I dont have a garden to bury the statue in, but now I placed it in a pot on the balcony. Only 1,5 moths later I got a bidding on the house! The contract isn´t signed yet so I keep Mr. Joe still buried a while longer :) I really hope that he will help me closing the deal! "St Joseph is my hero :) We bought a Kit a couple of weeks ago, followed the instructions that came included. Three days after we said the prayers and buried the statue we got our first bid on the house. Since we were not satisfied with the bid we continued to pray to St Joseph once a day for another 3 days. Then we got the second and third bid at the same day. The second bid was the right amount that we asked for, so we took it.

"You have to understand that this doesnt work if you only bury a statue and then assume he going to do your dirty work... Many people in my "inner circle" has sold their house "using" a statue of St Joseph, me to. One thing that I have noticed under these years is that the people who succesfully has sold their house with the help form St Joseph as also believed that they they can do it, they believed that with his help and their faith they they will sell the house it will work - and it has always. So in the end its not the statue itself that makes the selling, it is your believe (that you gets when bury a statue) that will sell the house.
I truly recommend that you buy, bury and pray to St Joseph when you are selling your house, but you have to Believe!

"Our house was on the market from fall 2009 to June 2010, in May this year we received a St Joseph statue Kit from our daughter with a note that said "Hey Mom, try this it worked for my friend".
The following day we buried the statue in the front of our house, upside down facing the sale sign, like I read. Five days later we received not only one but two offers on the house, one of them was full price - of course we took it. :=)
I enjoy reading about other peoples testimonials, Im glad this really works!
