" The house went straight out on the market the same day we buried the statue, last of June. ONLY two days later we got an offer, we negotiated with the buyers for one day and after that they settled with the price we wanted! We are ungratefully thankful to Saint Joseph and his help that we are convinced helped us selling the house so quick and for the price we wanted.
I will follow your recommendations and place him just next to our front door facing all the visitors, a really good spot.

" On advice of a co-worker, I ordered my St. Joseph statue. We wanted to sell our condo and in the current RE market, I was very worried. She suggested St. Joseph. I immediately ordered him and when he arrived, I unpacked him but the weather was so yuky I didn't get a chance to bury him, so I set him on the coffee table, facing outside. THREE DAYS LATER we sold our house for our exact price.

"My daughter and son in law went through a sad divorce and needed to sell their large home. We buried St. Joseph statue by the sale sign and prayed fervently for one year for the house to sell. " Shortly after I put my house on the market, a long time friend asked (via an email) if I had buried my St. Joseph statue. I had never heard of anything like that so I quickly forgot about it. A couple months passed and he asked again, so I asked him to tell me how it was suppose to work and where I would get one. I never followed through on getting one and after a couple more months he again
asked if I had ever buried my St. Joseph statue. By now my house had been on the market for about five months with no offers, so I found your web site and ordered the statue. A couple days after receiving the status, my Brother-in-Law and I were moving the remainder of stuff from the house and we buried the statue - following the directions.
Later that same evening after getting back to my new residents (having eaten dinner with my Sister and Brother-in-Law), I had a message from my Realtor informing me they he had an offer on my house. I closed this past Monday and you better believe St. Joseph is setting on display in
the foyer of my new home.
