"Hello, I got a tip about this old tradition from a friend of mine, and in the beginning of last winter I was about to sell my condo. I did read some about how it worked, and thought why dont give it a try since its not a huge cost anyway. Since I was living in a condo, I could bury the statue in my backyard but thanks to the information on the site I did instead bury the statue in a pot and placed it in my window. I actually only said the prayers once, but I thought of him and my sell the first week, and after a week and a half I actually got it sold for a good price.
